Great Christmas and Winter Books for Babies and Toddlers

It’s December which means Christmas is almost here and so is the Winter season, so I’ve linked some books for both Christmas time & Winter to read with your little one!

Where is Baby’s Christmas Present– Great lift-the-flap book!

Where’s Santa Clause? – I love felt lift-the-flap books! They don’t rip like a traditional lift-the-flap book which is great for young kiddos!

Babies Love Christmas– Another great lift-the-flap book, which simple words and pictures on each page!

You’re My Little Christmas Cookie– we have this one for Hanukkah too & its very cute!

Construction Site: Merry and Bright– As a preschool teacher I loved all the Construction Site series, so I love this lift-the-flap that’s all about Christmas!

Llama Llama Jingle Bells– Very sweet rhyming book!

Dear Santa– If you love Dear Zoo, you’ll love this lift-the-flap Christmas theme book!

Little Blue Truck’s Christmas– This is my FAVORITE Christmas story, because of the tree that’s lit up at the end of the story. But it’s also a great story with counting involved.

Never Touch a Polar Bear– We have a few of these “never touch a” books and they are so cute. They have a different texture on each page!

Snowmen At Night– Snowmen come to life & it’s a pretty magical book! Another favorite of mine from my preschool teacher days to read on snowy days!

Snowball– I just got this from Mackenzie’s scholastic book order & it’s a very sweet story about a snowball! I can’t wait to read this to her.

Baby Loves Winter- Just like all the other “Baby Loves” books, great lift-the-flap book all about Winter.

Curious George, Curious About Winter– There are so many of these Curious George books and they’re all so great.

Dr. Seuss’s Winter Things– Super fun, rhyming book!

AB Skis– This is currently out of stock due to supply chain issues, but if you’re a skier and plan on getting your little one on the slopes then this is a must have!

Ten on the Sled– This is a great board book for counting!
