Brand Highlight: Why I Love Oxo Tot

I love that oxo tot has such a wide variety of items that you can use for your baby/toddler! Some of the items below are our most used items: On-The-Go Fork and Spoon– I love this set for my diaper bag since it keeps the utensils clean and together in the case. Space Saving Drying Rack– This is such a great drying rack if you don’t have a ton of counter space. For a small drying rack, it can surprisingly hold a lot! Diaper caddy with changing mat– This is great to store all you need for baby’s diaper changing. I also love that it comes with it’s own mat…

Brand Highlight: Why I Love Ten Little

This post is not sponsored in anyway, just sharing one of my favorite brands with you! This week I’m highlighting one of my favorite brands: Ten Little! It’s no secret that I love Ten Little and I’ll continue to boast about how great they are probably for a long time! It was the first shoe I ordered for Mackenzie and then I proceeded to order another pair, and just ordered her a bunch of toys for the holidays! It’s so easy to figure out what size is right for your child right at home. You can print out a paper and measure your child’s foot to figure out their correct…

How To Keep Your Diaper Bag Organized

My house may not always be organized and neat, but you better believe my diaper bag is! I have a few tricks to keep it organized. Some things I can’t live with out that help me keep my bag organized are the Alvababy wet/dry bags & Bumkins waterpoof bags. The first bag holds everything I would need for diapering. I keep extra diapers, a changing pad, wipes, diaper cream, diaper cream applicator brush, & Munchkin dirty diaper bags. The next bag is an Alvababy wet/dry bag that holds extra clothing. I keep a change of clothes in here with socks, a hat, and a 5-in-1 multi use cover (right now…

Great Children’s Books To Include In Your Child’s First Library

We have all of these books and I absolutely love reading them with Mackenzie. Reading a book is a part of our nap & bedtime routine so we read quite a few books a day. She also will just sit for a few minutes and turn the pages of books while she’s in her room or play area. She also loves pulling all her books off the shelf, but we won’t get into that activity here! I love all of these books for different reasons. Some are super repetitive, like DADA or Dear Zoo, and others have tactile components to them like, Where’s the Unicorn, that has felt flaps on…

Activities to do with Your Child During A Global Pandemic

These are the three activities I’ve found for Mackenzie and felt safe doing during the pandemic. I really wanted to get her around other children and since she’s not in daycare I wanted to find some classes where she could spend some time with other children. + Music class was our first class and we started out on Zoom, but when it was nice enough outside, we began outdoor classes and felt safe doing this! Mackenzie loves music so she enjoyed music class and I look forward to starting them again soon! I love that Music Together is a worldwide program so you can look for a program in your…

What Shoes To Get Your New Walker

So you have a new walker…now what? I had so many questions before my daughter started walking and they only continued once she actually began walking. Hopefully this post can answer any questions you have before your child starts walking to help put your mind at ease. First, I wondered when it was appropriate for her to begin walking. She had been cruising along furniture and using a walker since about 8 months old, but was showing no signs of walking. I read multiple places that it’s generally between 12 and 18 months that children start walking. I wasn’t worried that she was only cruising along furniture, but I’d be…
