    Who Knew Picking a Baby Name Could Be So Difficult

    I’m working on my daughter’s birth story (only 9 month’s later) so I figured I’d first write about how we decided on her name and formally introduce her! I was definitely that girl who had a list of names I liked even before I met my husband. In the Jewish religion we name after the deceased so I was always thinking of names that started with certain letters to honor my grandparents who were no longer here with us. Once I met my husband and we had been dating for a couple of years, I expanded my list to include the letter’s of his grandparent’s who were no longer here…

    Why I Started This Blog

    I created this blog as a place for me to write about my experience as a mom [a whole 6 months!] I’m hoping it can be a space for me to share all that I’ve learned and things I have yet to learn with other mamas out there. Becoming a mom during a pandemic was scary to say the least. The pregnancy I had in my head was not the pregnancy I experienced. All baby classes were virtual which made it difficult to have a true baby class experience and sadly I was forced to attend many doctor appointments alone.
