How We Created A Purposeful Play Area for Our Toddler
We don’t have a designated playroom on the main floor of our house, so we created a section of our dining room (which rarely gets used) for Mackenzie’s toys. When she was a baby we just had out a plush floor mat with toys, but as she got older I could see all of her stuff slowly taking over the rest of our dining room. I wanted to create a more purposeful place for her to play. Since she’s not a baby anymore we don’t necessarily need a big floor mat for her to play on. I like that she now has a table she can play at! Below is…

Sharing Two Great Learning Towers for Toddlers
Once Mackenzie was old enough I knew I wanted to get her involved in the kitchen so I wanted to find a great learning tower for her so she could join me at the island. I had some things I was looking for when trying to pick a learning tower: It had to grow with her so it needed to have a platform that moved to different heights (this took quite a few out of the running for me) Small footprint so it didn’t get in the way ( I considered one that folds up, but was also fine with one that stayed out at all times) Learning towers are…

I ended up buying two to try out and was planning on returning one, but my in-laws bought the other one instead! This post is in no way sponsored or affiliated with either company, just giving you my honest opinion on both! Let me share what was on my must have list before…

Helping You Pick A Table Booster Seat For Your Toddler
Today I’m comparing the Oxo Tot Nest Booster Seat vs. Ingenuity Smartclean Booster Seat! I’m going to break down the pros & cons I see with both of these booster seats, but overall I think they are both great options. The pros and cons are virtually the same for both of these seats, but with small differences.
